The Nanny Diaries

Scarlett Johansson is a nanny in this movie.. Interesting eh? Anyways.. she plays a college graduate, Annie Braddock, that couldn't get that job she wanted after not being to answer who she is in the interview, and stumbled upon being a nanny to a rich New York family, for just being in the right place and the right time... (But is it?) It's like a dream job, she gets more money than the job she wanted, she gets to live in a fancy high class apartment in Manhattan.. It's someway a good show to watch for all those new graduates.. And the possibilities that may drop upon them.. It's also a good show for future au pairs to watch, to be warned.. I meant.. advised.. the casualties of the job.. or what not.. The movie had a cheap Mary Poppins flashback.. but overall, this movie is not a bad watch.. Alicia Keys do play Lynette, Annie's friend.. And she's not too bad in acting.. This movie is worth a watch..Luckily, my babysitting days are over.. and yes, I did have a few of them who are as rotten as Grayer.. But this is a movie that shows the ties of a child and the nanny, and the nasty parents and their troubles.. and you'll see the kid taking in all the psychological impact.. It's quite sad at times..
